As our Drop-In Fee encompasses anything less than 50 hours, it is instead broken down into a daily fee that is priced as follows:

one child: $55.00 per day

two children: $75.00 per day

three children: $90.00 per day

four children: $102.50 per day

payment policy highlights:

Fees are due and payable the first day of the month, that is, following the last day of the previous month. There will be no exceptions. It is imperative that all fees be deposited in the bank by the second working day of the month. If fees are not paid by the tenth day of the month there will be a surcharge of twenty-five dollars (CAD).

Parents are responsible to ensure their subsidy is approved and renewed when required. Failure to maintain subsidy approval will result in the parent being responsible for the center’s fees in full.

Parents may leave six months of post-dated cheques.

There is a thirty-dollar (CAD) charge on all dishonored cheques.

There will be a service charge of two percent per month on accounts over thirty days.

If your account is thirty days in arrears your child’s space will be removed until payment is received in full.

Invoices are given to the parents with their child’s name, hours and cost of care. These invoices are to be kept by the parent for tax purposes.

Receipts are issued for cash payment, and a year-end receipt will be issued at the parent’s request.

There will be no charge to a parent or guardian for cancellation, provided that there was a twenty-four-hour notice given to the center.

Two weeks written notice is required when a child does not require care. If written notice is not received, two weeks fees are due in lieu of notice.

Priority is given to all full-time children.
